award-winning architecture

Drawing inspiration from Bude’s Victorian row houses, The Pink House has been designed as the quintessential modern beach house. Architect Ian Hogarth wanted to create a ‘life-enhancing’ space, using light as a major architectural feature and enveloping the house in its signature pink render named after Mexican architect, Luis Barragán.

“The Pink House was a perfect home for us for the week. The location and views are fantastic and we were very impressed with the well-equipped and beautiful kitchen. Having body boards and Surf Room were really handy. The bedrooms were all super comfy and spacious. It was a really fabulous week and we hope to be back another time. Thank you again for the vouchers and wine.”
