It’s fair to say, Cornwall is synonymous with food. Whether that’s picking fresh mussels from the rocks at low tide, foraging for samphire for supper, or feasting on hot pasties after a morning in the surf. And who could overlook freshly-baked scones thick with clotted cream and jam at tea, or catch of the day, landed by local fishermen - fresh from Cornish waters.
When we read Emily Scott’s fantastic book Sea & Shore, we fell for her simple, seasonal recipes and stunning photography. To bring a little bit of our love for Cornish produce to your table at home, we are running an Instagram competition to give away a copy of her book, along with a delivery from The Cornish Fishmonger and a seaside inspired platter of your choice from the talented Florence Super – the perfect centre piece to a coastal themed dinner!
